Product Introduction
The split set bolt is a supporting device used for surrounding rock reinforcement. It is a new type of full-length anchoring bolt and is widely applied in underground projects such as mines and tunnels. The specific introduction is as follows:
Structure and specifications: The main body is a high-strength steel pipe with a longitudinal slit. A steel ring is often welded at the lower end, and the upper end is slightly conical. Common outer diameters include Φ30mm, Φ33mm, Φ40mm, Φ43mm (±0.5), etc. The lengths are 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2500mm and other specifications. The materials are mostly Q235, 16Mn and 20MnSi.
Working principle: When the split set bolt is installed in a borehole slightly smaller than the pipe diameter, the bolt will generate radial pressure on the hole wall along its entire length, and at the same time provide friction to prevent the surrounding rock from sliding. In addition, with the supporting force provided by the bolt pallet, the surrounding rock is in a three-dimensional stress state, thereby achieving the effect of stabilizing the rock formation.
Technical features: It uses high-strength alloy strip steel as the raw material, which has high shear and tensile strength; the installation process is simple and no additional anchoring agent is needed; the friction between the bolt and the rock mass is large, the force on the pallet is uniform, and it is usually equipped with a high-strength pallet; the requirement for the height of the roadway is not less than the length of the bolt.
Technical performance: The initial anchoring force is generally 3 to 7 tons, the pull-out load of the pipe ring is 8 to 10 tons, the tensile fracture capacity of the bolt pipe is 12 to 13 tons, and its corrosion resistance is 20% to 30% higher than that of A3 steel, which is beneficial for long-term use.
Application fields: It is mainly used in the support and mining projects of coal mines and metal mines, and is also commonly used in the support and construction of underground projects such as subways, tunnels, highways and railways, as well as the construction and maintenance of water conservancy, electric power and communication projects. It can also be used for the foundation reinforcement of buildings, etc.
