Product Introduction
Anchorages are permanent anchoring devices used in prestressed concrete. They are anchoring tools used in post-tensioned structures or components to maintain the tensile force of prestressed tendons and transmit it to the interior of concrete, also known as prestressed anchorages. The following is a detailed introduction:
Classification:Tension end anchorages: Installed at the end of prestressed tendons, they can maintain the anchoring state of prestressed tendons throughout the tensioning process. According to different anchoring types, they can be divided into various types such as clip-type anchorages (YJM) for tensioning prestressed steel strands, steel conical anchors (GZM) for tensioning high-strength steel wires, upsetting anchors (DM) for tensioning high-strength steel wires after upsetting, and nuts (YGM) for tensioning finish-rolled threaded steel bars.
Fixed end anchorages: Usually embedded in concrete and not used for tensioning, they are also called extrusion anchors or P anchors.
Specifications and models:M15-N anchorage: M stands for anchorage, 15 represents the steel strand with a specification of 15.20mm according to national standards, and N refers to the number of steel strands to be loaded.
M13-N anchorage: M stands for anchorage, 13 represents the steel strand with a specification of 12.78mm, and N refers to the number of steel strands to be loaded.
Circular anchorage: The specification and model are expressed as YJM15-N (YM15-N) or YJM13-N (YM13-N), and a through-core jack is generally used for tensioning.
Flat anchorage: The specification and model are expressed as BJM15-N (BM15-N) or BJM13-N (BM13-N), which is mainly used for transverse prestressing of bridge decks, hollow slabs, low-height box girders, etc.
Bonded anchorage: The specification and model are expressed as JYM15-N (YMP15-N) or JYM13-N (YMP13-N), which is suitable for situations where the design stress at the end of the component is large or the space at the end is limited.
Application fields: Widely used in highway bridges, railway bridges, urban overpasses, high-rise buildings, water conservancy and hydropower dams, ports and wharves, rock slope anchoring, foundation reinforcement, tunnel and mine roof anchoring and other projects.
Precautions: Prestressed tendons should be cut with a grinding wheel saw, not with an arc; during the installation of anchorages, the anchor plate should be aligned, and the clips should be tightened and evenly positioned; the tensioning of prestressed tendons should adopt stress control and elongation check, and the allowable deviation between the actual elongation and the calculated elongation is -5% to +10%; the grouting of the duct should be dense, and the strength grade of the cement slurry should not be lower than C40, etc.
